Patient Information

Changes from April 16 2018

 Last September we combined our practice list with the GP surgery above Boots in Yeovil (formerly Yeovil Health Centre) to provide services for both groups of patients; creating one larger, extended healthcare team.

Since the initial changes we have been reviewing the most popular times and locations of appointments across both sites, to ensure that we can offer the healthcare services that best meet our patient needs.

 As a result, we have decided to adjust our opening hours as follows;

Oaklands Surgery, Birchfield Road

Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 4.00pm

The Health Centre above Boots (part of Oaklands Surgery)

Monday and Tuesday, 8am to 6.30pm

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 8am to 8pm

We have also been listening to your feedback about difficulties in getting through on the phone. To make it easier to speak to a member of the team to get medical advice, or to book an appointment at either location, you will now be able to call one phone number.

Appointment Line: 01935 709269, between 8am and 6.30pm, Monday - Friday.

 Contact details

It is the patient's responsibility to keep all of their contact information up to date with the practice. If you do not, this can lead to important information being sent to the wrong address or appointment reminder texts being sent to the wrong person.

If you have recently changed your address or contact number then please come into the surgery and let one of the reception team know.
