Flu Vaccinations

We are now offering a free flu vaccination to all of our registered patients who are eligible for it.

If you would like to book you vaccination or you are unsure if you are eligible please call us or speak to one of our receptionists

Welcome to the NHS Yeovil Health Centre

We are open 8am to 8pm seven days per week.
This includes all the bank holidays.

You can register with us for all your GP health needs, or simply walk in to arrange a one-off consultation with one of our doctors, nurse practitioners,
nurses or care co-ordinators.

If Yeovil Health Centre is not your main practice you need to walk in and we will arrange for you to be seen (subject to availability).

We offer an appointment slot once you have visited us, for which you are welcome to return for later.  Appointments are offered on a first come, first served basis.  From time to time, during busy periods, we may run out of appointments.  In this instance we would advise you may return from 8am the next day, contact your own surgery (before 6.30pm on a weekday), or telephone the NHS Helpline on 111 for advice.

Please note if this is not your main practice we are unable to book appointments over the telephone.

Contact details

It is the patient's responsibility to keep all of their contact information up to date with the practice. If you do not, this can lead to important information being sent to the wrong address or appointment reminder texts being sent to the wrong person.
If you have recently changed your address or contact number then please come into the surgery and let one of the reception team know.
